3D Printed Devices

Through funding made available by the New York State Department of Health the ARISE Adaptive Design program currently partners with HealtheConnections and Weedsport Central School’s technology class to develop unique 3D printed adaptive devices focused around healthy eating and physical activity. Their creations are developed as solutions to difficult tasks individuals might face with impaired mobility. What’s exciting about the design software and 3D printing used to create these devices is that they can be modified to fit a user’s specific needs and/or dimensions as well.

If you are having difficulty with a certain task and think a 3-D printed part might be the solution, give us a shout! We’d love to help!
